1. Article Processing Charges (APCs)
Once an article is accepted and the Article Processing Charges (APCs) are paid, the amount is non-refundable under normal circumstances. This is because editorial and processing efforts begin immediately after submission and involve multiple resources.
2. Cancellation Requests
- Authors may request to withdraw a submitted article before acceptance, with no penalty.
- If an article is withdrawn after acceptance but before publication, cancellation may be allowed upon written request. However, a partial refund will be considered only if editorial or production work has not been completed.
- No cancellation is permitted after the article has been published online.
3. Duplicate Payments
In case of duplicate or excess payments due to technical errors, authors are eligible for a 100% refund upon verification. Kindly email us with proof of the transaction.
4. Payment Gateway Failures
If payment is deducted but fails to reflect in our system due to a technical error, we will verify and either complete the process manually or issue a full refund.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be returned via the original mode of payment. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
